Cancellations and Refunds
We reserve a right to accept or reject orders placed through our Site. Our products are all on a made-to-order basis. You agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We do not offer any exchange or returns for any of our products. No returns and refunds will be permitted.
Delivery
Please note that we try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you within the time indicated while placing the order. We have tied up with several third-party vendors for deliveries. In case of delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility.
What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?
If your order has been damaged or tampered with, you can refuse to accept it and return it to the courier personnel with all of the original packaging intact. Please report the incident to our Customer Care Team immediately.
What happens if the wrong product was delivered to me?
In an unlikely event that the product you received is not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of delivery.
They will help arrange for a reverse pick-up and ensure the correct order is delivered to you at the earliest.
What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, you will be informed when you add it to your Shopping Cart or at Checkout. In rare cases, if the product is out of stock after your order is confirmed, we will initiate order cancellation and refund the amount.
Shipping
Any extra shipping charges along with a payment link will be shared upon inquiry.
www.miocucina.in uses third-party courier services for all deliveries. We are not responsible for the timely delivery of the products in case of any delay.
Our delivery agency shall require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery.
Delivery timelines might be affected owing to COVID-19 restrictions
Can I change the shipping address of the order?
Yes, you can change the shipping address of your order only before it is billed or shipped. Please contact our Customer Care Team at the earliest.
Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?
No. You will need to place separate orders for different shipping addresses.
Payments
All payments made against the purchases/services on www.miocucina.in by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction.
www.miocucina.in may employ Razorpay, PayPal and other third-party facilities, for Payments on the Website. Such payments can be made through electronic transactions, as may be permitted by Mio Cucina which shall be at its sole discretion.
While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorisation for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
What are the online payment options available on your website?
We accept all Credit/Debit cards and Internet banking services of all major banks. We also accept wallet payments. For special cases, we allow bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS/ cheque / cash deposit) of the order amount before order confirmation. Please contact our Customer Care Team to know more.
Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) service?
No, we do not provide Cash on Delivery services on any of our products. We, however, provide cash against pick-up service.
My transaction failed, I received a payment gateway error message. Please help.
This could be due to a technical glitch, please try again later. In case the problem persists, please contact our Customer Care Team and they will help you complete your order. If the amount was deducted before the order was completed, please contact your bank for transaction reversal.
